White Wines

Chardonnay  (Oak 2/Body 3/Dry)
This medium-bodied aromatic white wine is balanced and fresh with lively citrus flavours. Serve lightly chilled on its own or with seafood, chicken, pork, or vegetable dishes.

Chardonnay/Semillon  (Oak 2/Body 3/Dry)
The ripe melon fruitiness of Semillon blended with crisp, rich Chardonnay makes this white wine slightly buttery with hints of honey, vanilla and toasted oak.

Chenin Blanc  (Oak 0/Body 2/Dry)
This graceful South African wine is medium-bodied with a pale straw colour. The fruity scented nose has hints of green apple and lemon with a subtle floral bouquet. On the palate, the wine is delightfully refreshing.

Gewurztraminer  (Oak 0/Body 4/Sweetness 1)
This off-dry wine has bold tropical fruits on the palate and a lovely smooth finish. Our proprietary Finishing Blend Pack, combined with elderflowers creates a softly structured, floral wine with balanced crisp acidity.

Johannisberg Riesling  (Oak 0/Body 3/Sweetness 0-1)
Fruity notes with an off-dry impression. Serve as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to most foods. Works especially well with Asian dishes, fish, pork, and chicken. Serve lightly chilled.

Piesporter  (Oak 0/Body 3/Sweetness 1)
Off-dry and extremely aromatic, this easy drinking classic is packed with aromas of honey and floral notes. The palate is soft and fruity, offering notes of peaches and tropical fruit.

Pinot Grigio  (Oak 0/Body 3/Dry)
A pronounced, refreshing citrus character with a back note of juicy peach. The mouth-feel is crisp with citrus qualities and the overall sensation delightfully lingers through a good finish. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or with light chicken, fish, or pork dishes.

Riesling  (Oak 0/Body 2/Sweetness 0-1)
A light straw colour with hints of citrus and floral on the nose. A zingy wine with crisp fruity flavours of citrus, apricot and honey. Great with salty dishes, antipasto plates and spicy Asian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc  (Oak 0/Body 3/Dry)
Fresh, crisp, medium-bodied wine with restrained aromas of gooseberry and lime followed by refreshing light flavours of fruit and a bracing core. An excellent wine for social sipping, with appetizers, chicken, and fish. A classic pairing with soft goat cheese

Red Wines

Amarone  (Oak 3/Body 4-5/Dry)
A robust Italian wine with an earthy aroma backed by notes of spice and vanilla. Flavours of black cherry, figs, and oak, firm tannins, and well-rounded mouth feel and lingering finish. This wine can be sipped or can take on your most robust foods like game, sticky ribs, rich pasta, or blue cheese.

Barbera  (Oak 2/Body 3-4/Dry)
A medium-bodied wine with unique complexity and character. Deep crimson colour. Fruity aromatics dominated by raspberry and blackberry with light spicy notes and a suggestion of vanilla. Well-rounded mouth-feel. Flavours of black fruit and a nice finish. This wine should match well with a wide variety of hearty foods — Italian pasta with tomatoes, eggplant, chicken, or red meats. Anything barbequed.

Barolo (Nebbiolo)  (Oak 2/Body 4/Dry)
This classic Italian wine is intense and medium-bodied. Luxurious flavours of dark plums and chocolate greet the nose, while hints of blackberries, toasted oak and spices enhance the palate.

Cabernet Sauvignon  (Oak 3/Body 4/Dry)
This complex, characteristically firm-tannin, full-bodied wine has a deep garnet colour with an appealing aroma of plump blackberries, vanilla and fresh violets. Notes of blackberries, cherries and pepper spice grace the palate. This is a wine to serve with beef and lamb.

Cabernet/Merlot  (Oak 2/Body 3/Dry)
A classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot – rich, dry Cabernet and fruit-forward soft Merlot. Warm, full-bodied with a red and blackberry bouquet. A great companion for spicy beef or lamb.

Cabernet/Shiraz  (Oak 3-4/Body 4/Dry)
The marriage of the elegant Cabernet with the fruity Shiraz results in a full red wine bursting with blackberry, currant and delicate oak aroma and flavours.

Carmenere  (Oak 2/Body 4/Dry)
Full-bodied, this wine will tempt you with cherries and strawberries on the nose followed through with dates and chocolate on the palate.

GSM  (Oak 3/Body 4/Dry)
This attractive blend of Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre defines the nose with aromas of bright fruit and violet. Blackberry, black cherry, fig, cocoa, and licorice flavours intermingle on the palate. The finish lingers with more fruit, herbs, and a suggestion of spice. Pairs well with chicken, pork, and roasted vegetable dishes. Stands up well to grilled or roasted beef.

Malbec  (Oak 3/Body 4/Dry)Plum and raspberry flavours and aroma introduce the wine with chocolate notes. The finish shows fruit and introduces mineral tones against bright acidity. A favourite for barbeque beef and spicy sauces.

Malbec/Shiraz (Malbec/Syrah)  (Oak 3/Body 4/Dry)
This medium-bodied wine is bright red with purple hues and is inflected with juicy red and black fruit notes, subtle spice (black pepper), and an inviting vanilla accent. The flavours are in fine balance with the natural fruit acids and soft tannins, making a very pleasant and quaffable red. It matches well with a wide variety of foods. Always at home with beef, pork, and chicken from the BBQ, pastas, and pizza.

Merlot  (Oak 2/Body 4/Dry)
The wine releases aromas of raspberry and cherry, and a subtle toasted note followed by flavours of raspberry and strawberry. Gentle tannins and well-integrated oak contribute structure to the fruit-driven profile without being too aggressive. This soft red pairs with red meats and will work well with roast chicken.

Pinotage  (Oak 2/Body 3/Dry)
South African Pinotage is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault, with dark fruit, serious tannins and subtle dark chocolate and spice undertones.

Pinot Noir  (Oak 2/Body 3/Dry)
A bright and fruity wine. Expect to enjoy lively black cherry and cranberry aromas and flavours against subtle spice and almond in the background. The soft, light to medium-bodied wine may be lightly chilled and enjoyed as an aperitif, or serve with chicken, pork, or simple beef dishes. Pairs well with salmon.

Sangiovese  (Oak 2/Body 3/Dry)
A powerful classic, expressive on the palate with lively cherry fruit and a brisk acidity supported by ample smooth tannins, with a deep and lingering finish to this garnet wine.

Shiraz (Syrah)  (Oak 3/Body 4/Dry)
A complex wine which reveals notes of red currant, black pepper, vanilla, and toast — all wrapped together in a slightly earthy manner. Gentle tannins guide the wine through a nice finish. A great wine for hearty barbequed meats.

Super Tuscan  (Oak 3/Body 4/Dry)
Full-bodied and dry, this classic Italian blend exudes aromatics of farm fresh raspberries supported by subtle hints of vanilla and earthy tones Fermentation on untoasted American oak shavings and GenuWine Winery Grape Skins adds intense tannins to round out the concentrated nose of blackberries and black pepper.

Valpolicella  (Oak 2/Body 3/Dry)
Medium-bodied and deliciously fruity, this popular wine is dark garnet in colour and boasts of generous, rich aromas of dark ripe fruit with hints of raisins. Subtle nuances of vanilla and spice from the oak and tannins.

Vieux Chateau du Roi  (Oak 2/Body 3/Dry)
A big, full-bodied complex blend with a generous bouquet of ripe blackberries, black cherries and plums which also carry through on the palate. Your family will love this wine with stews, full-flavoured cheeses and grilled beef. Includes Elderberries.

Zinfandel  (Oak 3/Body 4/Dry)
A bouquet of black cherries and plump dark fruit are framed by the ample aromas of tobacco and dark coffee. This full-bodied dry wine is fruit forward, yet showcases an array of spicy flavours on the finish.

Blush Wines (Rose)

 White Zinfandel (Oak 0/Body 2/Sweetness 0-1)
An off-dry, light-bodied California-style blush that’s best served chilled to emphasize its strawberry notes and bright flavour.
